Nice Insurance for Nice People

The Swedish insurance company Hedvig is a great example of a modern disruptor, shaking up the traditional insurance industry. With a clear vision and a new approach, they are working to make insurance fairer and more customer-friendly. By changing the rules of the game, Hedvig is setting new standards in Sweden and plans to expand its impact to other countries as well. Their mission is simple: to offer people a better, more pleasant insurance experience, positioning themselves as the “David” against the “Goliath” of traditional insurance companies.

To help spread their message and showcase their brand, Hedvig partnered with SNASKTheir job was to come up with a concept and visual language that would represent Hedvig’s belief that “it’s nice to be nice.” The goal was to create visuals that stood out and captured attention, using colorful and playful elements to break away from the dull image typically associated with insurance companies.

SNASK, along with Always Frank, produced a variety of creative materials, including photographs and live-action films. These creative assets highlighted Hedvig’s fresh approach, combining humor and magic to make insurance seem less boring and more appealing. The visuals were designed to be used across many platforms, such as websites, social media, in-app displays, presentations, advertisements and even television commercials.

By working with SNASKHedvig was able to effectively communicate their mission to a broad audience, making their brand feel fun and accessible. This creative partnership helped reinforce Hedvig’s position as a company that challenges the old ways of doing insurance, inviting people to join them in their fight for a more fair and human approach to the industry.
